1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility

• Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent communications via our contact desks.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos, vector icons, custom stylesheets, design arrangements, text copy, and interactive mechanics associated with SigilPlay Hub are the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Third-party slot demo containers and related trade dress are the exclusive property of their respective creators (such as Play'n GO) and are operated under standard software distribution authorizations.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

7. Voluntary Account Termination & Right to Erasure

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your profile and purge all associated database entries, you may submit a request to our London administrative desk at privacy@sigilplayhub.com.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
